Key Qualifications:

Essential Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver individualized instruction for students in the resource room, adapting content to their unique learning profiles
- Engage in direct teaching, co-teaching, and collaborative planning with general education staff
- Effectively manage a caseload, facilitating IEP meetings and progress monitoring
- Build trusting relationships with students to promote social, emotional, and behavioral growth
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines
