Special Education Teacher - Alma, Colorado

Desired Qualifications:
- Valid Special Education teaching certification (or eligibility)
- Experience working with elementary students, preferably PK-5
- Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to differentiate instruction to support a range of abilities and needs
- Energetic, patient, and committed to student success
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging, individualized instruction to meet IEP goals for students in PK-5
- Collaborate with general education staff and related service providers
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings
- Communicate regularly with families to support student progress
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
