Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging, age-appropriate Life Skills instruction to students with varying needs
- Develop and adapt lesson plans to meet individual goals within IEPs
- Collaborate with paraprofessionals, related service providers, and families
- Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting strategies to ensure success
- Participate in IEP and team meetings as required
