Key Qualifications:

- Experience or strong interest in working with high school students in Life Skills programs
- Excellent communication, organization, and classroom management abilities

Responsibilities:
- Deliver Life Skills curriculum to a caseload of about ten students, fostering growth in both academic and practical areas
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) in accordance with state guidelines, ensuring targeted and relevant instruction
- Collaborate with related-service providers, paraprofessionals, and school staff to maximize student success
- Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
- Maintain consistent and open communication with families and guardians regarding student achievements and needs
- Fulfill the weekly schedule of 35 hours, with the school day running from 7:20 AM to 2:30 PM
