Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Special Education teaching certification
- Prior experience or strong interest in working with 7th grade students

Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging, differentiated reading and language arts instruction for 7th grade students with special needs
- Assess student progress and adapt lesson plans to meet individual learning goals
- Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff to foster a positive classroom environment
- Maintain accurate records and IEP documentation
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress
