Key Qualifications:
- Valid Special Education license with Professional Educator License (PEL)
- Passion for working with K–3rd grade students
- Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 20 students
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
Role Details & Responsibilities:
- Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday
- Provide direct instruction, support, and modifications for K–3rd grade students
- Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with school staff and families
- Track student progress and tailor interventions as needed
- Create a welcoming, equitable, and inspiring learning environment
