Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Valid NM Licensure
- High School SPED certification required for English and Biology roles
- Experience supporting students at diverse grade levels (Pre-K through High School)
- Strong communication, collaboration, and adaptability skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students in special education programs
- Provide resource and inclusion support as assigned (including high school, middle school, elementary, and Pre-K)
- Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and support staff to foster student growth
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
- Maintain accurate records and track student progress in accordance with district and state regulations
