Key Qualifications:
- Valid Minnesota Teaching Certification; must hold a Tier 3 or 4 credential (required for consideration)
- Special Education Teacher license with expertise in Emotional Behavior Disorders (EBD)
- Experience working with elementary-level students in behavior support or EBD programs
- Strong classroom management and collaborative skills
- Ability to adapt instructional strategies to individual student needs
- Effective communication skills to partner with families, related services staff, and administration
