Key Qualifications:
- Active Indiana Special Education Teaching Certification
- Endorsement in Mild Intervention or Intense Intervention required
- Experience working in high school settings or applied skills classrooms is a plus
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality instruction tailored to individual student needs in an applied skills environment
- Develop and implement IEPs in accordance with state and federal guidelines
- Work closely with support staff, administrators, and families to foster student growth
- Maintain timely and accurate records of progress and services
- Collaborate in team meetings and participate in professional development
What to Expect:
- School-based contract position, starting ASAP through June 4th
- Full-time hours: 37.5 per week, Monday through Friday schedule
- Manage a consistent caseload of 14 high school students in a supportive setting
- Highly competitive compensation, with weekly pay ranging from $40 to $45 per hour
