- Prior experience in special education classrooms, adept at supporting a range of learning needs
- Willingness to collaborate and communicate effectively with school staff and administration
- Dedication to fostering a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and adapt individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Deliver targeted instructional strategies, accommodations, and modifications for students with unique learning needs
- Track and report on student progress and regularly communicate with families and educational stakeholders
- Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and school activities as needed
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with district and DOE regulations
