Qualifications and Desired Experience:

- Demonstrated experience working with students with moderate to severe needs
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit
- Ability to implement and adapt IEPs, track student progress, and consult regularly with families and staff
- Flexibility and commitment to professional development
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored instruction for students with moderate to severe disabilities (ESN)
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs, adapting to individual student goals
- Work closely with families, paraprofessionals, and multidisciplinary team members
