As a valued Special Education Teacher, your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing differentiated lesson plans in reading, writing, math, and cross-curricular subjects as assigned
- Instructing core concepts and adapting strategies for students with learning differences
- Managing a caseload of 10-12 students, providing targeted interventions and progress monitoring
- Utilizing evidence-based practices for students with dyslexia
- Maintaining open communication with families, administrators, and support staff
- Complying with all IEP requirements and documentation standards
- Supporting a positive classroom culture that celebrates achievement and independence
This contract position offers a consistent daytime schedule from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, with terms beginning August 5, 2026, and concluding June 2, 2027.
