Key Qualifications:
- Active and valid Special Education Teacher licensure
- Experience working with students with dyslexia is essential
- Ability to differentiate instruction and cultivate an inclusive learning atmosphere
- Strong classroom management and collaboration skills
- Commitment to supporting academic, social, and emotional development
Role Highlights:
- Design and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs
- Provide engaging, accessible instruction in ELA, math, and/or all subjects depending on grade level assignment
- Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, and families
- Monitor student progress and regularly communicate growth to stakeholders
- Adapt instructional approaches, materials, and strategies to strengthen students' learning experiences
