Openings are available for the following roles for the 2026-2027 academic year:
- Elementary (K-2): All Subjects
- Elementary ELA (3rd–6th Grade)
- Middle School ELA
- Middle School Math
All positions follow consistent weekday hours from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm, running from August 5, 2026, through June 2, 2027. Each classroom maintains a smaller caseload of just 10-12 students, allowing for more direct engagement and individualized instruction.
Qualifications:
- Hold active Special Education Licensure
- Demonstrated experience working with children with dyslexia
- Strong organizational, communication, and classroom management skills
- Ability to differentiate instruction and support varied learning styles
- Collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for teaming with general educators and related service providers
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging, standards-aligned instruction tailored to each student’s IEP and learning needs
- Implement interventions and accommodations for students with dyslexia
- Assess, monitor, and document student progress
- Foster a caring classroom environment that encourages participation and growth
- Communicate regularly with families, colleagues, and administrators
- Participate in IEP meetings, planning, and professional development
