Key Qualifications:

- Experience or passion for working with students in special education settings
- Familiarity with individualized education plans (IEPs) and differentiated instructional strategies
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Dedication to building positive student relationships and engaging families
- Able to work full time, 35 hours per week, onsite
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement tailored lesson plans that address each student's unique learning needs
- Adapt curriculum and instructional techniques to promote student growth and achievement
- Monitor, assess, and document student progress in accordance with IEP goals
- Collaborate with other educators, therapists, and parents to ensure comprehensive support
- Maintain a supportive and structured classroom atmosphere focused on academic and social-emotional development
- Participate in school meetings and contribute to a positive team culture
