Qualifications:
- Valid DESE Special Education Teaching Certification for grades 5-12
- Previous experience working with high school-aged students preferred
- Ability to adapt curriculum and instruction to meet diverse learner needs

Responsibilities:
- Provide specialized instruction to students in an inclusion classroom, supporting academic and social-emotional growth
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students on caseload
- Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to ensure effective accommodations and modifications
- Monitor progress and maintain accurate documentation as required
- Participate in IEP meetings, staff development, and school-based initiatives
- Support a positive, respectful, and equitable learning atmosphere for all students
