Qualifications:
- Valid Special Education teaching certification for the state of Minnesota (or eligibility to obtain)
- Prior experience teaching or supporting students with disabilities (preferred)
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Dedication to inclusive, student-centered instructional practices
- Flexibility to adapt to multiple school schedules (middle schools: 7:00-3:30; elementary schools: 8:00-4:30)
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)

- Monitor and document student progress toward educational goals
