- Kindergarten (Inclusion): Support Kindergarten students in an inclusive classroom environment.
Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid Special Education teaching certification required
- Experience supporting students in elementary grades preferred
- Ability to create and implement differentiated instruction plans
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families
- Passion for working in diverse learning environments and meeting individual student needs
Responsibilities Include:
- Delivering high-quality instruction in small groups or inclusion settings
- Developing and adapting Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborating with general education teachers to foster inclusive practices
- Monitoring student progress and maintaining accurate documentation
- Communicating effectively with parents, guardians, and educational teams
