Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid and active 461 Tennessee Special Education (SPED) license is required

- Ability to develop and implement IEPs effectively
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, parents, and educational staff
- Familiarity with adaptive technology and differentiated instruction
- Positive, patient, and compassionate approach to teaching
