Special Education Teacher | Middlebury, Vermont

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Valid state teaching certification in Special Education

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver specialized instruction aligned with student IEPs
- Conduct regular assessments and modify instruction based on student progress

- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development and progress monitoring
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines
