Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Special Education teaching certification
- Experience supporting elementary-age students, preferably in a school setting

- Ability to build rapport with students, families, and colleagues
- Passion for creating inclusive, supportive classroom environments
- Positive, proactive approach to individualized lesson planning and progress tracking
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver personalized instruction to elementary students with diverse needs
- Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to ensure student success
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Track student progress and adjust strategies to maximize learning outcomes
- Foster a safe, nurturing, and motivating classroom atmosphere
- Support transitions between classroom assignments as scheduled during the contract
- Maintain thorough documentation while meeting compliance and reporting requirements
