Desired Experience and Qualifications
- Valid Maryland Special Education Certification (K-12)
- Preferably holds Maryland Vice Principal or SPED Supervisor Certification
- Experience managing or supervising instructional teams for K-8 education
- Proven ability to oversee IEP implementation and ensure MSDE compliance
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with staff, students, and families
