Primary responsibilities:
- Design and deliver differentiated lessons in accordance with students' individual education plans (IEPs)
- Participate in IEP meetings, progress reporting, and collaborating with families, staff, and related service providers
- Foster a supportive and respectful classroom culture that values each student’s abilities
- Lead by example, providing mentorship and guidance to other educational staff
- Implement evidence-based instructional strategies and behavioral interventions
- Monitor student growth, document progress, and adjust instruction as needed
