Qualifications:
- Valid Arizona licensure in Special Education: Mild/Moderate K–12 or Moderate/Severe
- Experience supporting students with diverse needs in resource and/or inclusion settings
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with multidisciplinary teams
- Commitment to fostering inclusive, supportive classroom environments
- Ability to manage caseload documentation and compliance
- Flexibility and organization to meet the demands of a dynamic school setting
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct instruction and individualized support to students with IEPs
- Implement personalized strategies within both inclusion and pull-out models
- Collaborate with general education teachers to adapt curriculum and foster a positive learning environment
- Conduct ongoing progress monitoring and maintain accurate case files
- Participate in IEP meetings and support families in understanding educational plans
- Foster a culture of respect, high expectations, and encouragement for all students
