Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience working with and processing Medi-cal (Medicaid) requests required
- Prior exposure to school or educational administrative processes preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to monitor and verify Medicaid time surveys for accuracy and timeliness
- Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred
- No special license or certification is necessary
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage Medi-cal requests for the school district
- Monitor and follow up on random Medicaid time surveys with SPED and district staff
- Ensure timely data submission and procedure compliance
- Attend monthly meetings with Medi-cal representatives to ensure proper protocols are maintained
