Key Qualifications and Experience:

Role Responsibilities:
- Assume classroom duties as a long-term substitute special education teacher for an elementary caseload.
- Deliver individualized and small-group instruction, ensuring all students’ IEP requirements are met.
- Assess student progress, adjust activities as needed, and document outcomes consistently.
- Work alongside general education teachers, resource staff, and administration to support student integration and achievement.
- Implement behavioral and academic interventions to encourage participation and development.
- Maintain accurate records and participate in required team meetings or student review sessions.
