Qualifications & Experience
- Certified Special Education Teacher (state credentials required)
- Experience in Early Intervention or with children ages 3-5 preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively with 1:1 teacher assistants
- Flexibility to start part-time and move to full-time
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver individualized and group instruction for up to 10 students per room
- Collaborate with teacher assistants to ensure each child’s unique needs are met
- Create and implement lesson plans aligned with EI best practices
- Monitor progress and communicate effectively with families and team members
- Contribute actively to the development of Genesis Therapy’s inaugural EI program
