Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver specially designed instruction in a Life Skills classroom, focusing on both academic and functional independence goals
- Create and adapt lesson plans to address each student’s unique strengths and areas for growth
- Collaborate with related service providers, general education staff, and family members to ensure a supportive learning environment
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting strategies as needed to promote success
