Sunbelt Staffing is seeking multiple Special Education Teachers for the 2026–2027 school year to support a school district in Colorado Springs, CO. There are 11 openings across elementary, high school, and transition settings, with both full-time and part-time opportunities available.
Position Details
Dates: ASAP – End of School Year
Schedule: Full-time and part-time positions available
Openings include Resource, SSN, CSD, and Transition classrooms
Elementary and high school opportunities available
Part-time schedules include options up to 30 hours per week
Key Responsibilities
Provide specialized instruction based on students’ individual needs and IEP goals
Manage and participate in the IEP process
Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, and school staff
Support students academically, behaviorally, and socially within their assigned program
Qualifications
Must hold an active Colorado Special Education teaching license through CDE
Previous Special Education teaching experience required
Candidates must be fully qualified for their assigned Special Education setting
