Skills and Experience Sought:

- Strong communication and organizational skills
Role Highlights:
- Full-time, 40 hours per week from now through the end of the school year (May 28th)
- Positions include: one behavioral-focused classroom (up to 12 students, with a dedicated paraprofessional), three multiple disabilities classrooms (up to 8 students, each supported by two paraprofessionals), and one cross-categorical setting
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to diverse student needs
- Foster an engaging classroom environment, emphasizing positive behavioral support and differentiated instruction
- Act as an advocate for students, partnering closely with families and staff to ensure well-rounded support
- Maintain detailed records and ongoing progress monitoring
