Qualifications:
- Active teaching license with a Mild Intervention endorsement (required)
- Experience supporting students with behavioral challenges preferred

Responsibilities:
- Provide dedicated support for 16 seventh-graders with Emotional Disturbance (ED) eligibility
- Implement behavior management strategies and promote engagement
- Maintain accurate documentation and IEPs
- Foster positive relationships with students and staff
- Guide and collaborate with Instructional Assistants (IAs)
- Serve as a key communicator with parents and the school team
