Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Valid certification in Special Education (or eligibility for certification in NM)
- Prior experience working with K-12 students with diverse learning needs preferred
- Strong classroom management and individualized instruction skills
- Able to develop IEPs and collaborate effectively with support staff and families

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide specialized instruction and support for a small group of K-12 students with special needs
