- Classroom experience in special education environments

- Strong collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, including paraprofessionals and related service providers
- Preferred experience in autism support, multiple disabilities support, emotional support, behavioral health, or prior IU/specialized school settings
Key Responsibilities:

- Support students using evidence-based interventions, ABA-informed strategies, or trauma-informed care, depending on assignment
