Special Education Teacher in Alpharetta, GA

Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education required
- Must hold a valid Illinois Special Education teaching license with LBS1 endorsement
- Experience working in school settings preferred, but enthusiastic new graduates are welcome
- Strong collaborative skills and adaptability to meet dynamic classroom needs
- A commitment to supporting students with significant academic and physical support requirements
Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver differentiated instruction and interventions tailored to individual student IEPs
- Work collaboratively with paraprofessionals, therapists, and other team members
- Maintain compliance with all special education regulations and necessary documentation
- Support students’ holistic needs: academic, behavioral, medical, and social
