- LBS1 endorsement required

- Solid understanding of reading fluency, reading comprehension, and foundational math concepts
- Ability to collaborate effectively with general education teachers, specialists, and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct special education services to an average caseload of 20 students
- Design and deliver instruction using push-in and pull-out models, adapting lessons for diverse needs
- Focus on improving student outcomes in reading and foundational math skills
- Implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and comply with all regulatory requirements
- Monitor and document student progress, making data-driven instructional decisions
- Facilitate communication with parents, caregivers, and related service providers
- Contribute actively to a supportive, collaborative educational environment
