Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Current licensure as a Special Education Teacher with a Physical and Health Disabilities (P/HD) endorsement
- Experience supporting K–12 students in varied educational settings
- Strong background in curriculum modification and assistive technology
- Effective collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to perform functional evaluations and manage due process including IEP development
Responsibilities/Duties:
- Provide itinerant support through consultations on curriculum modifications, classroom accessibility, and assistive technology applications
- Conduct comprehensive functional evaluations and write individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Monitor and document student progress to ensure compliance and success
- Work closely with occupational therapists, physical therapists, and general education staff
