Key Qualifications:
- Valid Special Education licensure with Physical and Health Disabilities (P/HD) endorsement (required)
- Experience serving K-12 students as a special education teacher
- Strong collaboration and case management skills
- Ability to conduct functional evaluations and develop comprehensive IEPs
Role Responsibilities:
- Itinerant support: Advise on curriculum modifications, classroom accessibility, and assistive technology
- Manage due process, including evaluations, developing IEPs, and monitoring student progress
- Partner closely with occupational therapists, physical therapists, and classroom teachers to deliver student-centered instruction
- Serve a dynamic K-12 caseload, providing both consultation and direct support
