Qualifications:
- Current Tier 3 or 4 Minnesota teaching certification in Special Education (required).
- Experience working in elementary school settings, particularly with resource and support caseloads.
- Dedication to individualized instruction and inclusive classroom practices.
- Strong organizational and communication skills for collaboration with staff and families.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for elementary students.
- Provide direct instruction and instructional support in resource settings.
- Collaborate with classroom teachers and specialists, ensuring students’ academic and social progress.
- Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment rooted in evidence-based special education practices.
- Collect data and report on student outcomes and goals.
- Partner with families to support continuity and engagement in each student’s learning journey.
