Qualifications:
- Valid Minnesota teaching license
- Certification in Special Education (any area) required
- Certification in General Education Elementary preferred
- Experience or training supporting students with cognitive impairments or OHD disabilities valued

Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized instruction (approximately 10 hours per week) to a homebound first-grade student, focused on both general and special education needs
- Implement adaptive techniques to foster cognitive and life skills development
- Coordinate with parents and school staff to align goals and maintain student progress
- Adjust instructional hours to best suit student and family needs; after-school sessions may be required
