Qualifications & Experience:
- Active Texas Special Education teaching license required
- Special Education teaching experience preferred
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Ability to develop and implement individualized instruction

Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized and small-group instruction to students with special education needs
- Implement IEP goals and appropriate instructional strategies
- Monitor student progress and communicate with families and school staff
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and related service providers
- Foster a supportive, inclusive, and structured classroom environment
