Desired Qualifications:

- At least three years of successful public school experience
- Prior study in special education, guidance, counseling, or psychology preferred

Core Responsibilities:
- Ensure federal and state compliance with special education regulations (M.G.L. 71B and 603 CMR 28.00)
- Oversee and coordinate IEPs for assigned caseloads
- Serve as liaison among school staff, families, and community agencies
- Attend required professional development sessions
