Current Openings:

Kindergarten/Elementary Special Education Teacher
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM
- Strong preference for educators with Early Childhood Special Education and/or K–12 Special Education certifications
- High need for Grades 1–3 classroom coverage

Preschool Special Education Teacher (SFP Program)
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Preference for Early Childhood Special Education and/or K–12 Special Education certifications
- Priority for candidates interested in preschool classroom coverage
Both roles are situated in the New Windsor area and offer an opportunity to work in classrooms serving 6–12 students. Each setting is supported by a team consisting of three classroom aides and one Special Education Teacher. Classrooms are structured to address IEP-driven goals, meet diverse developmental needs, and provide individualized behavior intervention supports when necessary.
Desired Qualifications:
- Valid state certification in Early Childhood Special Education and/or K–12 Special Education (preferred, not required)
- Experience supporting students with varying developmental and behavioral needs
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive, nurturing learning environment
- Ability to collaborate with classroom support staff and engage with IEP processes
- Current state clearances or willingness to obtain them promptly
