Key Qualifications:
- Current (or eligible) state certification in Early Childhood Special Education and/or K–12 Special Education (preferred)
- Classroom experience with students in Grades 1–3 and/or preschool aged children
- Strong knowledge of IEP-driven instruction and documentation
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to support students with individualized behavior interventions
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct instruction in self-contained classrooms (serving 6–12 students)
- Oversee educational programming according to IEPs and developmental needs
- Collaborate with three assigned classroom support staff per room
- Create an inclusive, nurturing, and structured learning environment
- Implement and document behavior support as needed
