Key Qualifications:
- Valid Special Education teaching credential (CA or eligible for reciprocity)
- Prior experience teaching special education at the K-12 level

- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver specialized instruction tailored to students’ individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Adapt curriculum materials to meet diverse learning needs and goals
- Collect and analyze student progress data, reporting updates to the educational team and families
- Participate in IEP meetings and develop meaningful, actionable goals for each student
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to instructional aides and support staff
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Contribute to a nurturing, productive classroom climate that supports student achievement
